Glenn's story

I'm from Dublin and I have a history of crime and addiction for over 30 years. I have personal experience with suicide and have set up Sprinkles to help those who suffer from addiction, alcohol or mental health to over come this with a team of professional who have lived the experience. I have a number of years in recovery and work hard most days to support those who are still suffering and would like to add this in with the help I give as this program is designed so no person who suffers from this has to suffer alone.

Tara's Story

I am in recovery and been 35 months clean and sober. I went to treatment for myself and to become a better version off me to find out who I really am so by the grace off my hard work I have done on my self and my family we are all healing together, both myself and my partner are in recovery it's like throwing a stone into water the ripple effect it had on me. IT made my partner he me get better so he followed and today we both hold a sobriety date and not a head stone date ❤.

David's Story

I've been an addiction for 33 years suffered from mental heath, ADHD and I have tried to take my life many of times. Today Though I am clean and sober and my aim is to help other suffering addicts to find a new way off life.. the life back that has giving me and also this disease has taken to many life's one off those lives been my brother so don't suffer alone us at sprinkles recovery are here to help you.

Alan's story

I have lived experience with substance abuse from a very early age which continued on for over 20 years which brought me to a life of crime to sustain my habit. Due to my addiction I was through the prison system and have also tried many different treatment centres before finally successfully completing my last treatment centre. I know how tough life can be with an addiction but I also know how great it can be in recovery which is why I'm so passionate about my new role in Sprinkles Recovery Project.

Louise's story

Hi,I'm Louise. I'm 35 years old,in recovery. I suffered a number of years in addiction. I became clean and sober through Sprinkles Recovery, online. With the help of the family in Sprinkles Recovery I found this new way of life. Sprinkles Recovery changed my life,also my kids lives and has gave me a purpose in life. My goal is to give back what was freely giving to me and do everything I can to help people along the way.
